They can't have a movie come out where all the action scenes are done by men. They have to have bothe genders represented in action scenes in today's movies. Unless there is an example of where the actions scenes are like male action scenes only? I don't know.

Out of curiosity, why do you keep making threads like this, where you theorize how an older film couldn't be made today? Especially when they're really good films. Is today's problems outside of film too much for ya?

No! I am not a loser who tries to go looking for things in 30 year old movies, so I can point it out by saying "they couldn't be made today"...
Grow Up, and just accept the movie as being a "product of it's time" and enjoy it.

Considering the main villain in that film is the EPA, I'd say that yeah, probably wouldn't work today. But who gives a shit?

I meant films that are not a period piece. They don't count imo because of course only men could fight in wars back then.

Where they wimped out and put a few women in the prequel and even had one survive. I think. I dunno. I didn't watch that crap fest and I know that one made it or almost made it to the end.

No, I haven't noticed that and I think that are more important things to dwell on.

All the action scenes in Spider-Man: Homecoming involve ONLY men. Ok then that's good to hear. I'm actually glad that you mentioned an example that disproves my point. I was under the impression that they feel the need to diversify genders in action roles because the only recent movies I have seen have been the new star wars films. So I assume based on that, you can see why I would feel that modern films somehow have a need to push that agenda.
At any rate you have to admit at least as star wars in concerned, you do get the feeling that they seem to have an agenda in pushing the idea of female action roles. In star wars films, it's definitely obvious that they are forcing diversity? I'm not saying that it's a good or a bad thing but it's plainly obvious that that's what they're doing.

Star Wars is pushing an agenda. Spider-Man: Homecoming also involves very forced diversity to the point of complete distraction, but it is race diversity.
