Name a horror movie(s) that you haven't seen and refuse to watch.
Here are mine:
Serbian Film - No offense to those who have seen and liked this, but from what I've read this sounds really sick and reprehensible. Cannibal Holocaust - For its depiction of real animal killings.

None of them. Horror movies should disturb me. Horror movies should sicken me. Horror movies should traumatize me.

I have had no real desire to see A Serbian Film or The Human Centipede or its sequels, but I'm not refusing to watch them. I would if the moment came along and I was in the mood for something disturbing and unsettling like that.
Those ones just sound stupid to me though.
Cannibal Holocaust and the depiction of actual animal deaths is rough, for sure. But if I remember correctly, the things you are seeing are sort of guys doing what they would anyway. It doesn't make it easy to see, but it's sort of like watching documentary footage, which of course supports the whole style of the film anyway; and I don't think they killed animals specifically just for the film and didn't use them for food or whatever.

I havent seen Cannibal Holocaust yet, and while I am disturbed by the actual violence against animals, can't say I will never watch it.
I did watch A Serbian Film out of curiosity and think I probably would have been better off not seeing it.
As for the original op question, I can't think offhand of any other film that might fit in that category.

No intention of ever seeing A SERBIAN FILM - which I think is a far cry from a Horror film and much more akin to wanton perversion.
I'd also never watch the Human Centipede movies, which again - for me - have far less to do with Horror than sexual mutilation propelled once again by gross perversion. I did see the first movie, which I thought was almost adolescent in it's attempts to offend........but it paled by comparison to the second, which I didn't finish watching because of it's utterly juvenile tactics in reaching the base depths of bad taste.........simply for the sake of it. The third movie I've not seen any of but wouldn't touch with a barge pole if it presumably seeks to progress the series in it's forward trajectory.
There are a couple of latter WRONG TURN movies that are also a real TURN-off for me. One centred around a police station stands out. It's clear from the off that these are movies where the revolting Hillbilly savages are going to triumph and the only reason to watch therefore is to witness each victim tortured and slaughtered in a fashion more grisly than the last. I can't take anything from a movie that simply wallows in the misery and suffering of it's characters and almost passes the villains off as some kind of anti-heroes. It's boring, predictable and mind-numbing brutality with little other aim. For me it's just pointless viewing and practically non-storytelling.
Both of Rob Zombie's grubby HALLOWEEN movies...........simply because of how awfully they were written, shot, edited and stuffed with appalling dialogue that almost made my ears bleed. The sweaty lowlife, hairy rednecks, rape, profanity and vulgar tone of each movie made me feel like showering after I'd watched them.

Cannibal Holocaust - For its depiction of real animal killings. A Serbian Film is the most disturbing film I have ever seen. You really have to have strong nerves to see it. Cannibal Holocaust I think is a great horror film but I dont like the animal killings however there is an animal crulty free version on the DVD.

A Serbian Film Creepshow 3Most of the Amityville sequels When thi first came out my parents saw it first. They seemed rather pisseed on how shitty the movie was. I had to see it for myself and they were right. Its every bit as awful as I heard it was. Birdemic is a far more enjoyable horror film.

Actually, Birdemic could be another pick for me. I'm not much of a watcher of movies considered to be incredibly terrible.

I have a friend who is terrified of snakes but loves horror movies. Kept trying to get her to watch Anaconda and Anacondas: The Hunt For the Blood Orchid with me, but nope.

I watched A Serbian Film up to a scene where there was a naked pregnant woman in a cell and decided I had no desire to see what happens next. I have no urge to ever re-watch and find out.
