Getting stuck in the hallway cus your landline’s chord could only go so. People smoking on airplanes, in restaurants, bars, and just about anywhere. Waiting line to purchase a new release on cassette tape. Kids duking it out in the schoolyard instead of shooting it up. Mom n pop video stores.

Kids standing with a parent or grandparent and not giving the "STRANGER DANGER !" "Deer in the Headlights" look when you speak to them and actually speaking politely back.

When I call a business or a doctor's office with a simple question and a human answers instead of getting a menu which wastes my time. A vintage Volkswagen still plugging along.
Barnum's Animal Crackers.

Seeing the off kilter sales calendar in the stores:
I remember when selling Christmas goods didn't start until right after Thanksgiving. End of summer sales were held at the end of summer(Late August - maybe September) not in June. It was possible to buy a swimsuit in July without going to a specialty shop. You could buy winter coats during winter … which was nice... now you have to try on winter gear in the summertime.
