Is there any reason given why He liked this one man so much?

God can use anyone but Moses had the best combination of circumstances and abilities.
He was a Jewish refugee who was also a citizen of Egypt who had the ability and familiarity to discuss matters to free the israelites.
He was also qualified as a good leader (After all, he could have learned any number of skills as the adopted child of Pharaoh's daughter) who was willing to listen to direction from God rather than do his own thing.

Is there any reason given why He liked this one man so much? Why did Gandalf like the Bilbo so much? Guess it just made for a good story.

Is there one shred of evidence moses even existed? How about Noah? I mean we know that Adam didn't.

He needed Moses to do a bunch of stuff for Him.
That was before He realized that He could simply put Himself into human form by putting his own Embryo in a virgin.
Jesus made Moses obsolete.

Maybe... Moses was the only one that listened. Maybe there was like 20 guys with a similar story that God was going up to and saying "GO TO PHAROAH AND TELL HIM TO LET MY PEOPLE GO".. ...and Moses was the only one who did.
So, he's the one that made it into the book.

So, he's the one that made it into the book. That's a good theory too. Also, maybe Moses had a bath more often than the other people around at that time who smelled like body odor.

Well, when you're the one writing the story... Yep, and the account in written in a way that guarantees Moses was perfect in every way... Except at the end of the story. Then, Moses got the short end of the walking stick.

Yep, and the account in written in a way that guarantees Moses was perfect in every way... Except at the end of the story. Then, Moses got the short end of the walking stick. I was being sarcastic, I just assumed Eddy wouldn't know that or ignore it to make sure his incorrect point remained valid. With the exception of God giving him the leadership position, Moses life overall was pretty sucky. As an aside, I think Moses got an uptick at the end.
