I thought the kids in the original Jurassic Park weren't bad.

Leonardo as Arnie in Gilbert Grape He was actually 18-19 in that. I'd echo Haley Joel in The Sixth Sense, Tatum O'Neil in Paper Moon, the Stand By Me kids, and Jodie Foster in presumably Taxi Driver. One that doesn't get talked about a lot is Hugh O'Connor in My Left Foot, who's pretty much on par with DDL but not in it as much.
