Most cases of asthma get better when you get old. I am 60 years old. I'm 68. And I don't know who told you that lie about asthma. I think multiple sources. Mine is getting better. I have had it since late teens. It has gotten worse. But recently (last ten years) it has been getting better. Dust, dust mites, stress --- and cold, dry weather trigger an attack for me. What about you?

But recently (last ten years) it has been getting better. Dust, dust mites, stress --- and cold, dry weather trigger an attack for me. What about you? I don't remember not having it. I have mentioned a few times that I was from the ghetto, so to appear tough, I smoked from age 12 into my 20s, or I might have outgrown it. Allergic to mold, dust, ragweed (which I got allergy shots), dogs, cats, eggs, chocolate, nuts, feathers. Stress triggered attacks until I was about 14, but then that stopped. In my mid-20s, I became very physically active, and other when I had a chest cold or the flu, the asthma didn't bother me much, to the point where I had a German Shepherd, an Irish Setter and 8 cats in a studio apartment. I often forgot to take my medications. This lasted into my 50s, when I stopped having cats or dogs because I couldn't bear to watch anymore of them die. I also ceased physical activities in my late 40s due to severe back problems. I was okay (as long as I took my medications) until about 5 years ago, when the asthma came back strong. But all during my life I have coughed, and produced serious lugees at least 4 to 5 times a day. Produce them much more now. I've always had an emergency inhaler with me. Of course, cold weather has always affected my breathing when it is under 35 degrees. My life has become very limited, and I wish to die. But I would like to spit a SERIOUS lugee in the OPs face first. Now please stop breaking my balls. That's all I ask

It seems like they cough purely for the sake of being an annoying piece of crap. Coughing should be rare. I can't remember the last time I legitimately required to cough. Are these people being obnoxious pricks on purpose or are they ridden with disease? Thoughts? "Cough purely for the sake of coughing".
Really, that gives me some kind of indication of the measure of the moron that you are.
The measure is that you are a complete imbecile.
You may just be the biggest idiot on this board; you fucking asshole.

them1ghtyhumph may one old mofo, but he's still got cojones!!!
Nah, it doesn't take cojones to randomly abuse people online for no reason in complete anonymity. There's nothing cojony about that. It's sad and pathetic is what it is. He's an old mofo you say? Well if that's true maybe that sheds some light on his outburst. Perhaps he's got dementia and has confused me with someone else.

Sometimes it's tourette syndrome. I worked with a guy who had it. Coughing, hacking then clearing his throat. It would seem that he had maybe a congestive issue. But when he wasn't coughing or clearing his throat, he was making weird religious based exclamations about something he read. Or yawning loudly. Or stretching and making a big sigh. Or making the loudest most exaggerated sneeze anyone could. It was literally something every 30 seconds. Crazy part was, he was a professional voice-over talent for documentaries and translated pieces. He would go in the booth and do 3 hours of voice-over without one issue. Then come out and just make up for it with a barrage of noises. Great guy, great voice: but damn his decibel output was unreal. Interesting. That sounds exhausting. Both being him or someone near him. I did consider that maybe the people I've encountered had tourette's. But it's unlikely all of them do.

Somethong is wrong with those people health wise. Nobody coughs constantly just to be annoying. But some people constantly start threads just to be annoying. But some people randomly ruin a thread for no reason just to be annoying.

Heeeyyy !!! What are you trying to say? That's a good way to put it. But I'm talking about the idiot Caesar Roberto, OP of this thread. Wow, you are still persisting with this? Did you not read my response above, dumbass? Not that I should have needed to explain myself in the first place, as anyone with basic reading skills should have been able to understand the thread topic. But you seem to be having trouble to, even when I went into detail explaining it. I will try again once more. Look at these key words in the thread title. "some people" and "seemingly". I did not say "asthmatics" and "definitely", which seemingly you seem to somehow think I did. Now if you still can't comprehend any of this then I'm afraid you are beyond my help.

Life is 95 percent attitude. It is not what you have (or don't have), its what you make of it.
