The tap - I have two nozzles: filtered and non-filtered. I drink the filtered drinking water and even use it for my dogs' water. Tap water is clean here, anyway. I just feel better using the filter.

Bottled but not Poland spring. Tastes like metal.
Tap but it must be cool. Or cold especially now. And tap from the bathroom tastes better.

Bottled spring water. Not the Dasani or Aquafina tap water bs that Coke & Pepsi throttle around. So long as I can keep buying 24 bottles for $4 or less, that's my play. I know tap water is clean, yet it's the pipes & plumbing which distorts it.
Tap water for my tea or coffee cuz whatevs.

Purified Water
We got one of those 5 gallon water dispensers with the cold/room temp options. basically we refill a couple of 5 gallon water containers at Wal-Mart (or the like) for 37 cents a gallon, which is purified water, and then pour it from there into the main blue jug that goes into the water dispenser.
NOTE: with that setup though we have to use bleach about once every 2.5 months (3 months MAX) to clean out the water jugs/containers to keep things tasting fresh and then we thoroughly rinse with tap water and then refill again at Wal-Mart etc.
NOTE: 'spring water' tastes a little off vs the 'purified water' when you get it in bottles occasionally. the important thing when you get bottled water is make sure it's 'purified water' and you can't really go wrong.

Tap, including water fountains (the latter at the gym, at baseball games, etc.)
I do sometimes buy bottled water, but usually because that's the only option . . . and that includes getting into baseball games with a bottle that I can use for the water fountains. They let you take a bottle in, but it has to be a new, unopened bottle.

Dasinki (tap water). Bottled water tastes a little like plastic, while tap water tastes more pure. For variety, sometimes I add some lemon and cumin, or a touch of apple cider vinegar.

Mostly bottled. Sometimes I'll drink tap but it isn't my go-to at all.

I drink mostly bottled water or I will fill my bottles up with water from out filtered tap and put it in the fridge and drink it when it is cold. I am kinda picky with water and don't like drinking it unless it is cold.
