How would you yourself Rate Each of the Female "STAR WARS" Movie Characters that I have chosen to List Below ?
For an Example, Here is the List of Them along with My own Ratings for Each of Them Below!
Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) - 10/10
Padme (Natalie Portman) - 5/10
Rey (Daisy Ridley) - 10/10
Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) - 9/10
Qi'ra (Emilia Clarke) - 9/10
Vice Admiral Holdo (Laura Dern) - 6/10
Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) - 10/10

I'm glad you brought this up, however: I think I like Leia and padme more than the rest, cuz their dialogue is better.
I haven't seen the last jedi, so I don't know what happens to Phasma, what happened, did she died? And how?

Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) - 10/10: Excellent character, even with her mediocre TLJ appearance. She works so well everywhere else.
Padme (Natalie Portman) - 8/10: I'm being more generous with her because she's actually quite a good character all sources considered.
Rey (Daisy Ridley) - 5/10: She's ok, but Kylo Ren has to carry her story quite often.
Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) - 6/10: Standard and a little boring, but fine for what was required.
Qi'ra (Emilia Clarke) - n/a: I didn't see the Solo movie so I can't rate her.
Vice Admiral Holdo (Laura Dern) - 1/10: Not a character but rather the director physically casting obnoxiousness.
Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) - 3/10: Gets points for cool design and idea but sadly underutilized.
