People who honk unnecessarily in traffic.
People who talk unnecessarily loudly on public transport or in public in general.
Multiple queues for service at fast food restaurants/banks/post offices etc. (should be one queue)
People who complain about speeding tickets/parking fines.
People who think rules don't apply to them.
