Congratulations, Jervis! Fun game, Matt. And thank you for including Veronica Guerin, a truly heroic Irish journalist, and Cate is brilliant, as always, playing her. www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtgwzM1wGi4Yeah, Mick -- I had a hunch you would nab and appreciate that one.

Color me stunned! I never expected to see the inside of the DDC again, let alone win a Game. This may be the crowning achievement of my life. (No, I’m not kidding.) Thank you, Matt for another great Game. And thank you fellow players for your kind sentiments. Everyone have a great weekend.

I wasn't sure how to post the initials of the Marquis de Sade, Aussie -- fearing it would have been torturous for the players and sadistic of the QM.

The one I was hoping to see was Louis Calhern who portrayed James Michener in MEN OF THE FIGHTING LADY. Or non-Oscared Philip Oberon as Owen Wister in THE MAGNIFICENT YANKEE.
You can stash those away for another contest.

Matt - You can do a "Real People of the Fine Arts and Literature" and come up with enough to confuse the heck out of us. To make it even more fun, make it of Oscar winners and those never nominated.
By the way, as of last night, I revolted against the system her at the nursing home. A little over a week ago, our TV's went dark for about three hours. When it came back, the few channels tha we had on the DISH network were revised, dropping MeTV, one of the few that had anything entertaining for me. Added were numerous Spanish speaking channels. No Get, no Grit, no PBS, Cozi, Decades, Movies! So I ordered a $10 TV antenna and had it installed last night. The irony of it all was that the first movie to come up was "Wait Until Dark," a movie I swore never to watch again. But now, instead of 10 channels, I have 172 now. "Close Encounters" is coming up on Movies! In about an hour.

Matt, are we ever going to have games that give us the performers' full names, or is the "initial" torture -- er, I mean fun -- going to continue? I fear I already know the answer.

Do you mean ... is that ... 'LN' ? Yes, indeed, Mr. QM. That is 'LN' in 'LA' and seated behind him is 'AR' who played 'SS' in the 'HP' films. Say, this is fun.
