have we discussed the exponential power of love recently
with my home country
entirely enamored
by all things
military industrial wasteland
sometimes it's hard
for even me
to keep track of
the vast array of
how love
exponentially spreads
when two kids heads
unanimously decide
blue is prettier than red.
or maybe
i've been subconsciously
avoiding the subject
seeings how
blue is my favorite color
and
lord only knows
i've spent a lifetime trying
not to appear bias
when it comes to making huge excuses
for my country.
