No idea where the idea for this thread came from( )but … There have been films about authors and / or film-makers who hit a wall idea-wise and just cannot get the creative juices flowing. Anything author-problem or film making difficulties that seems to fit … please post away … identifying images is helpful. Classic extreme case : Comedic look at the problem in Gots others ?
My thanks go to Our QuizMaster mattgarth for the Stolen Idea and to those who distracted him with the game while I made off with the goods.

petrolino the lady in pink with the coffee cup looks like Judy Holliday which would make it from Bells are Ringing which is about a struggling playwright so …. yep .... that's my final answer for a million $$$$$ !

The frustrated lady playwright throwing her typewriter is Lillian Hellman as played by Jane Fonda in Julia.
