Arnie taking out hundreds of goons without a scratch is ludicrously OTT and implausible, but is it so ridiculous that it takes you out of the movie? I feel it does for me, to a point.

This is a movie where Arnold, and especially Rae Dawn Chong, survive a head-on collision with a telephone pole and walk away without a scratch. This is quite a miracle considering neither was wearing a seatbelt and Rae wasn't even in a seat. I mean if you can't take that seriously, then how can you take anything else?  |

Pretty much the entire movie is ridiculous, so it doesn’t take me out of the movie. Fun movie.
