Very few and far between, but what are some?
The one with the mayor and the yogurt was terribly forced.

I call myself a fervent Seinfeld fan. While someone who says as such might fail to even pick one out as the worst, I have no qualms in saying that "The Susie" (from season 8) is clearly substandard.

Many of the early episodes where pretty bad. It took some time for the show to get good i think. I mean season 1 is pretty bad and thankfully only have 5 episodes. Season 2 is hit and miss. But with season 3 it starts to get really good

Nothing really stands out as being exceptionally terrible. There were some not so good ones, but even a bad Seinfeld was still better than any other sitcom on TV.

But with season 3 it starts to get really good I agree. I'd say the only really good episodes in the first two seasons are The Chinese Restaurant and the one with Elaine's dad. After that, I like pretty much every episode except the clip shows and the finale. The Puerto Rican Day Parade is a little weak as well.

'the one with Elaine's dad.'
"We'll say we're frightened and had to go home!"
"Yeah, that's good. He'd clunk our heads together like Moe!"

The Chinese Woman - Kramer flippin' n floppin', George climbing into an oven Marx Bros style, his father in a cape, Jerry on parade, & Elaine meltdowns... + no one got hurt, a rarity for the show.
The Library - Bookman is genius, as is the episode's slower deliberate pacing. A breath of fresh air.
The Contest - Speaks for itself.
The Strike - Festivus.

The finale was pretty bad, except for Puddy showing up in court in the 8-ball jacket, and Mr. Costanza interrupting Mrs. Costanza's hysterics by reminding her they needed to beat the traffic.

Probably a few from the later seasons when Larry David stopped being involved.
Other than the finale, The Chronicle (Season 9, Episodes 21 & 22) is pointless. Maybe it has something to do with my hatred of clip shows, but I didn't find it necessary back then since we owned VCRs.
Plus, Seinfeld was always shown in reruns so it's not as if everybody could possibly forget what happened prior.

I hear the second-to-last episode that has the Puerto Rico flag get burned was banned from re-airing for years. It might still not be played on TV.

I've seen that episode airing on TBS on a few occasions the last few years. The initial outrage surprised me a little when that episode first aired. It had to, in my opinion, come from infrequent viewers of the show who failed to realize that the flag burning was not malicious.
