I don`t wear a cap anymore. I did when i was a kid and i had them on forwards because that is how they are suppose to be. I mean they are created to give your eyes shade from the sun. That may be what they were initially created for, but that's no longer the only reason to wear them. They have other benefits and also look cool. |

Forwards is the proper way to wear them I am sure.
but... those people that really bend their hat (like a huge arc in it) looks like crap as flat or a slight curve is best.
p.s. I used to kind of wear hats a bit in my teens or so but hats are not really my thing in general.

Forward. I only wore a cap when working outside. Those days are long gone.
The only time to wear a cap backwards is when you’re a catcher in a baseball game. When I see a guy wearing it sideways it makes me think of a cartoon where someone slapped his face so hard, his cap spun around and landed out of place. |

Backwards is only for if the bill will interfere with something you are doing ... like when using a telescope. Really lame look is wearing a cap sideways:  Yeah, sideways is dumb, It also must be really uncomfortable and also wreck the shape of the cap, as caps are oval shaped and are only intended to work forward and backwards. WTF mayne? |

Backwards is faux gangsta and it's already out of style. Nobody with fashion sense wears a backwards cap anymore. How is it faux gangsta you fool? Because some gangsta rappers wear their caps backwards? You do realize that non-gangsta rapper backwards cap wearers far outnumber gangsta rappers right? And it's not out of style you fool.
