Italian sausage Salami Liver and onions Liver and onions? I don't think it fulfills the criteria of the thread, as it is most certainly NOT something that everyone likes. Nobody likes liver.

I didn't like brinjal (eggplant) when I was a kid but started liking them as I grew old.
What I cannot like a lot is olives. I try to like it but seems it's not my sort of f=thing.

Having a houseguest. Made fried potatoes and onions. "Have any ketchup?" No, maybe we should pick up packets somewhere.

I won't touch steak or green beans or popcorn with butter on it, and I can taste it in cooking. Butter flavor is disgusting. And I like most cheeses, though only the soft cheeses that have blue cultures.

Eggplant is my favorite vegetable and it makes one of my very favorite curries. I am not sure I could spell it properly but it sounds like "beg and barter".

There is a dish called Hyderabadi Baingan which tastes awesome. I think you will like that (unless you have already had). Eggplant is called Aubergine is Europe and Brinjal in Asia. Its Hindi is Baingan.
