I do also agree, I wish the X-Men movies were more like the 90’s cartoon. A few of them are pretty solid, but it’s still no excuse to outright change them like that.

The X-Men animated series is better than any live action superhero movie, MCU, or otherwise.

So X-Men TAS, Marvel greatest TV cartoon Show. arguably mostly considered the second or often greatest TV Cartoon of all time after Batman TAS. This show had a 25th reunion celebration at comiccon and the producers of the show talked about what made the show work and made it so enduring and iconic. You won't believe what they said www.syfy.com/syfywire/x-men-the-animated-series-at--san-diego-comic-con“The people in Hollywood never respected the books," Lewald said, explaining that the entertainment industry preferred dumbed-down stories and goofy humor. Instead, they decided to stay true to the source material and tell adult stories with adult problems on display''.Fast forward 20 years or more we now have marvel movies that are known for the exact opposite. 1. making childish movies instead of telling adult stories like X-Men TAS 2. goofy humour that we have talked about to death on this board something X-Men TAS rejected. 3. Dumbing down their stories. Open question for all comic fans, do you find it odd, weird or sad that cartoon shows like X-Men TAS and Batman are considered more mature than the MCU movies. Also see the reason why I think MCU-X-Men is a disaster waiting happen? how would mcu xmen look and be received when a Saturday morning show like X-Men TAS is deemed more intellectual , for grown ups and superior in every way? an excellent point other me glad i thought of it
