I think this is the case with Dustin Hoffman for me.

If it becomes a problem that affects their acting and relationships with others, professional or personal, then yes. I think the poster child right now is Johnny Depp. Stuff like Black Mass and Murder on the Orient Express show he can still act fine. But his personal life is a wreck and he looks awful and needs help. But I'm not sure if he's willing to get it.

I was very disappointed to learn what a douche Richard Dreyfus apparently is.

I was very disappointed to learn what a douche Richard Dreyfus apparently is. On 'classic IMDB', I discussed this with Captain_Wesker (was that his name). Sometimes, celebrities just disappoint you. Kelsey Grammar is one of my favorite television actors and seems like a smart guy, but he endorsed Michele Bachmann(!) for the 2012 GOP nomination.

Yes. I hate when an actor or actress's ego interferes with creatively and refrains other people from sharing the spotlight and taking credit because it's always a team effort. Also, I hate when their ego makes them entitled to get away with stuff that an average person couldn't do in the same situation (i.e. Reese Witherspoon when she and her husband got arrested back in 2013).
