Spin Godzilla
In their never-ending efforts to find a way to combat Godzilla, the JSDF develops a new weapon designed to rapidly rotate Godzilla so he gets dizzy and falls down. The weapon works, but since he's already destroyed most of Tokyo, it's rather pointless, and when they use the weapon, he falls down on the National Diet Building, destroying it once again. Takehiro Murata has a cameo as a man riding a bicycle.
