Great score mszanadu. You rock!   11 out of 30. The Colossal Columbo quiz was a colossal failure for Jayman   I can't really complain, I never watched the show but I figured I'd take a stab at it anyway  It's still not too bad of a score here especially considering you never watch this show - a great effort just the same Jay . 18 out of 30 Some triva that I had totally forgotten.  It was very heavily discussed on our old site, if Charles Vanel's police detective in Diaboliques 1955, could have been the inspiration for the Columbo character. |

OH WOW That's definitely most brilliant there indeed teleadm !!  Just like IMPO thought for years that Lieutenant Frank Columbo was a huge inspiration for the main character Detective Robert Goren on the TV Show Law & Order: Criminal Intent also . I always thought those two characters could of had a spin-off show together and be the Uncle and Nephew team for their own Detective company later on ( wishful thinking of course ) . It's still an awesome quiz score there schicklgruber - well done . As for the Dean Martin Roast quiz question # 28. ( I agree that was a real tricky one for me too ) that one for me was on a wild guess based on the actor of what he wore in his old movies to match up with Columbo's attire  . I was not really into the big time award shows either  but over the years did see the commercials for those award roast shows to buy on DVD . I hope you still enjoyed this quiz just the same .
