Win at something you hate or lose at something you love? [ie race, competition, whatever]

Win
because I would rather win at something I don't like vs lose at something I do like.

Winning generally feels good regardless of what it is. Losing at something you love can be soul crushing.

Depends on what I get for winning.

Well, I'd rather win at something I love...I'd be less likely to win OR lose at something I hate because I probably wouldn't participate in something I hated to start with.

Losing something you love can be way more impactful. So I'd rather win something I hate so that I can get used to whatever it is.

Winning period would always be preferred.

Win of course.
Why would I wish to lose something I love?

I'd rather lose at something I love because I'm not that competitive. At least I get to do something I enjoy if I lose. If I win at something I hate, then I had no desire to participate in the first place so what the hell do I care if I win?

Lose at something I love. Why would I want to win at being the best toilet cleaner there is? I don't think folks read the actual question.

I have to agree with this but at the same time I wouldn't want do something I hated (disliked maybe but hated, no) so I would have to say lose at something I loved.
