Like with any critic, I agree/disagree with some of his reviews.

I actually agree. I'm not sure what he does to earn so many views, other than look good on camera.
Oh, wait. Guess I figured it out.
Then again, The Nostalgia Critic is a hideous fucking chud and he has even more views...

I don't mind him. He does have a dry personality but at the same time, I appreciate him just talking his time talking about the movie instead of yelping about how it sucks or rocks.

His reviews are... fine. I could never get into his videos because his review style is very surface level, at least from what I've seen. He'll often say something like "The cinematography is great." but not explain why he thinks its great and put into perspective what he means by great cinematography. Does he mean it's inventive? Does he mean it looks nice? Some elaboration would be helpful.
I think it's fine to leave it at that if you're just casually discussing film but if film criticism is your career, you should have a little more meat on the bone.
I mostly remember him as the guy that RLM made cry when they called him out.

There was an episode of Re:View where the intro to the show jokingly called him and a couple of others out as pricks. Stuckmann stopped following them and posted a video to YouTube and seemed genuinely hurt by it.

I like his reviews. They are short and to the point. Better than most of the Youtube reviewers.

Better being a sissy boy than being completely retarded. I think chris stuckmann is exactly like Lindsay ellis, long winded without any real substance, and I don't care for either critic.

Stuckmann stopped following them and posted a video to YouTube and seemed genuinely hurt by it. Well, he didn't actually cry. He did seem upset, but I can see that. If I was a big fan of somebody and even gave them money, and they turned around and publicly called me a prick, I'd be hurt by it too.

It's understandable but it's also RLM and they take the piss out of everybody, including themselves, and constantly troll their own fans. So I don't know why he took it so personally as a day one fanboy.

Hes fine but honestly he plays it very safe. Ive never seen him openly go against public opinion on big films like Star Wars or Jurassic Park FK. Just once in a while I would like to see him actually critcise these types of films instead of just glossing over their flaws in an effort not to offend his audience.
Someone who does do this now that never did before is Jeremy Jahns. His reviews have become unpredictable to call and thats what I want from a movie reviewer, not afraid to call out poor points in a film and not hold back.
