It depends upon what kind of movies you see. I wouldn't ever see a bad war movie. Almost all war movies I have seen have been great or memorable. I do not see bad comedies either. I see films like Young Frankenstein, It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World and other great movies of comedy genre and so they are largely memorable.
But there is one genre that I make exception for and that is horror. I see mediocre horror movies and forget about them. So of all the horrors I have rated on IMDB, I wouldn't remember basic plot of 50% of them.

Well over 50%.. It's a completist mentality, which means watching a lot of movies I shouldn't bother with. If i don't watch a new movie a day, I go into withdrawal.
