Cody™ Good video. that sounds quite plausible, and even likely, as ill bet that's got to be pretty close on how things play out eventually given the tactics explained etc. hell, it appears it might be playing out a bit already right now but just not mainstream... yet. hell, just given the moral breakdown of society over even the last 10-20 years has been quite a bit (and the last 50 years or so has been a lot(what's it going to be like in another 50 years  )). like you could see not all that long ago (say 1990's) people were generally against the whole gay agenda etc. but nowadays, that's changed quite a bit and that's over a short period of time to. so if things keep on accelerating at the rate they are, especially lately, the world will probably look like quite a different place. like as soon as they get their "rights" for one immoral thing, they move onto the next. so it does seem almost inevitable that the pedophile thing will happen on a mainstream level at some point and it might be sooner than we think. plus, it talked about the romans back in the day doing that stuff and basically once society becomes that depraved, it's a matter of time before it falls. p.s. but WTF, that video seems to make things worse than I thought they were ; God forbid any of that crap becomes even vaguely mainstream in my lifetime as if I live to roughly to the average age of death ill have about 40 more years on earth, maybe 50 years or so. side note: I just noticed that TEDX thing looks familiar which I think it was some religious site I get emails from here and there mentioned it if I recall correctly not all that long ago. I 'almost' can't believe that's happening ; that's the problem with many (basically liberals, especially the far left)... they base things strictly on ones 'feelings' about things (and since we have a fallen nature after the fall of Adam/Eve we no longer see things properly. basically... concupiscence) instead of God's truth. because feelings are often contrary to God's truths. but since those godless types tend not to believe that basic truth about Adam/Eve, then they will think whatever feels right to them is pretty much okay or good etc. makes it just that much easier for the fallen angels (i.e. demons) to influence them when they don't even believe they exist etc.
with all of that said... about all we can do is pray those people wake up and acknowledge the moral truth of God before it's too late  Makes me wonder if that person is serious or just trying to rile people up around here? because I would have to assume they are trying to riles people up with people (like trolling) around here because, if not, that person's moral standards are in the gutter and I would not want to be that person when they pass from this life into the next as they got a big surprise(i.e. hell) waiting for them. p.s. I am not claiming to be a saint, as we all are sinners... but damn, who's going to seriously defend a pedophile like that video does (those in the crowd watching that TEDX thing are being brainwashed and likely don't even see it). even joking about it, or using it to mess with others around here to rile them up etc, is pushing it.

Cody™ Hell, speaking of the 'far left'... today's more mainstream left (or at least semi-mainstream left) would be the far left not all that long ago (maybe 20 years into the past). basically the left's "standards" keep shifting lower-and-lower and eventually, if they fall far enough, there will be little to no morality. that's why I think many on the left today can't stand us on the right because our standards are pretty much based around Jesus Christ as once someone pushes Him aside, it's a matter of time before their "standards" are in the gutter. it's a wonder how those on the left can't see this basic moral decline by looking at things as the decades pass ; but sadly, they see it as "progress". hell, even the video briefly touched on it... bestiality. because if pedophile stuff is okay I don't see any reason why they won't use the same "logic" on that stuff to (which the video basically comments on) which anyone with a half of brain could see that's flat out immoral and not only that, but to a extreme. hell, if someone even slightly considers that(bestiality) okay, their morals are pretty much COMPLETELY gone as they are likely the type who will do just about any depraved thing as long as they can get away with it. it's like the more left the left goes, which is what's happening as the decades pass, the more they begin to see those who follow Jesus Christ half way decently are 'too extreme' and will probably begin to hate Him and anything remotely resembling Him etc. it's the reason why I think many on the left can't stand Trump because he's trying to push things back into a decent direction instead of towards more moral decline that the left is all about. the left just tends to destroy morality with enough time.
then you got all of those "protesters" who get all violent etc. just shows you their true colors. you just don't really see people on the right acting that way. like as soon as someone on the right tries to give a speech at a random college they flip out and won't even allow them to speak. it's almost like they instinctively know that the truth is not on their side as they are afraid people will listen so they just turn to violence etc to shut them down so they can keep on preaching their BS etc. or people just minding their own business and then someone on the left finds someone on the right and starts screaming/yelling at them etc. ; you can see persecution happening more and more to those on the right in recent memory by the left (with social media/people losing jobs/people getting yelled at etc). the world might be in their favor, but God is on ours. ill stop preaching now, I am sure you get the gist

But since Cody has me on ignore (the cyber equivalent of putting one's fingers in the ears and singing "la-la-la I can't hear you!") it won't affect his abhorrent attitudes to other religions in general or Muslims in particular one jot. |

By claiming Christ (who had a lot to say about injustice, love for the poor and inequality etc, while being well-known for protesting often violently, against hypocrites and the money markets) exclusively for their own, the conservative right have a lot of presumption. And given what we see of a lot of them, those with obscene wealth, the climate change deniers, those who build walls rather than bridges, those who deny women and other races meaningful social equality & etc... as far as any heaven is concerned, a lot of optimism too.
Anyone familiar with Trump's personal record, his personal integrity, his financial probity, attitudes towards women, other races and religions etc, spot what is wrong with such a statement? Given the philosophy and words of Christ, and what He stood for, one wonders whether Slovak knows how it makes him look.

People like m-slovak are beyond redemption. They hold biased opinions all the time and don't put one effort to check themselves or their understanding on any issue. I was once upon a time a bit of an Islamophobe but over the years I saw how hypocritical and lowly was my contempt for Muslims or even Islam. Almost all religions have very similar ethics and history of good and bad they have done on average. To believe that Christianity is good and those who are not for Jesus are evil or anti-Christ is not just childish but the very thing that produces religion based violence, hatred and discrimination. The very same feelings led to murder or millions of Jews not just during modern era but all-through last 2000 years.
On another board there was a question to "name best non-English movies of 60s". M-Sloval declared that he believes there aren't enough good non-English movies and that not enough non-English movies stand out. Later it came to light that he hasn't even seen many Non-English movies and almost none from 1960s and yet he had this preconceive biased notion that apparently non-English movies don't stand out against English movies. His idiotic views are similar when he says Christianity is the truth and those not with Jesus are anti-Christ/evil.
