Y'know, Matt--when I was a kid and my family and I went on road trips, every time we stopped at a gas station, my older brother would collect road maps of the areas we passed through. It drove our mother crazy: "Will you stop with the road maps, already?" Never knew why she was so PO'd; the maps were free and they caused no clutter in our home.
So, tell me--does your mother throw a hissy fit over your posting of "Garth Games"? Just curious.
BTW, my mother died in 2004, and as far as I know, my brother no longer collects road maps.

I would not categorize it as a 'hissy fit," Snsurone -- more like a volcano erupting!

As a kid, I used to collect bottle caps. When we stopped anywhere where was a soda vending machine, I would grope into the cap receiver for caps.
Often the proprieteo would gladly open the machine and put the caps in paper bags for me.
I had a real crazy childhood, LOL!

It was always an interesting mother-son relationship, Snsurone. With big things she can be so very supportive and understanding. If I had ever confessed that, say, I had gotten a girl 'in trouble,' she would have sat me down and gently assured me that we would go forward and do what is best for all concerned. On the other hand, it was the little things that would upset her. if I would come to her and show a gravy stain on my necktie, you would think I had burned the house down. "What? Do you realize what I have to do to get that out? You must be possessed by the devil!"
