shadyvseshamWell...It really can't be good for us:( No matter how we try to be optimist, Shady, we know that Anthony sucks. He is not a big moment player so even if he does play well in regular season I will not get fooled. The only good thing that I am being told by optimists is that our main combination is Capela+ CP3+ Harden. Last year Ariza in or out of team (in regular season) didn't make that much difference. One good consolation is that we won't pay much.

He's not going to play defense, and worse, he's going to destroy the flow on offense. This move is insane on Houston's part.

I have to hope he plays defense. CP3 wanted him, CP3 better stick to him like glue to play defense.
I guess losing Ariza/Moute hurts, those were are SF (Green I guess, he can go SG/SF). We needed a SF....but Anthony!?
Man he better play defense.....Ill admit Im not crazy about this. Our big 3 is def James/Chris/Clint Im not even kidding if Anthony isnt willing to do some defense, id cut his @$$.

Completely uses towards the end of last season. Don't know if our defense (which was looking all-time great during 4th and 5th games of WC finals) would remain anywhere even regular season level or not.

This might not be as bad as a move as people think. They still have their core three. He is only a piece. If he can play defense, which he actually might with Paul behind him, and he can contribute 10-15 points a game without taking a ton of shots, then he can actually be a difference maker. He just needs to understand his role.

Not a fan of Carmelo's. I don't think he helps Rockets.
But we'll see.

I am just saying that this will 70% be a disaster, but I see a decent chance (30%) that he can work out for them and contribute.

Houston is now guaranteed not to win.
