Holy poop, my sources are telling me that Nathan Peterman threw for a TD. Wait, wait... they’re also telling me... yep, he also threw a pick. Shocking!

What's worse than kneeling for the anthem (which I don't actually think is a bad thing at all)? ESPN's running stats on who knelt and who didn't.

Said no one ever. zzzzzzzzz. Wake me up when the games count. I watched a good three-quarters of Browns-Giants. I'll record Steelers-Eagles tomorrow and pour over it. You're only guaranteed 20 games per season in the NFL. A preseason game to me is better to watch than 75% of regular season NBA, NHL, or MLB games.

I watch CFL and Arena as well.

Redskins’ rotten injury luck continues; rookie RB Derrius Guice, expected by many to be a big contributor, will miss the 2018 season with a torn ACL.
Certain posters would still have us believe that Philly have worse injury luck.

What I despise most about preseason NFL is hearing hot prospects get injured and missing the entire regular season because of it. Shitty injuries that take a whole season away (if not more) from a player expected to make waves and the preseason games don't count.

Shitty injuries that take a whole season away (if not more) from a player expected to make waves and the preseason games amount to a hill of beans. Preseason should be 2 games, but can't take away that lovely loot and the players won't go for 18 full-out games (and I don't blame them).

My Packers are using it to audition Aaron Rodgers backup for the season, so I wouldn't call it completely useless. As for the kneeling thing, both the act and the complaints about it are useless so there really isn't need to talk about it anymore.

3 possessions for AJ McCarron and the Bills vs the Brownies, 0 first downs, three straight 3 and outs. I'm not quite sure if the Browns might finally have something here, or the Bills are totally inept, or none of this fucking matters and I'm a fucking idiot for wasting my time on a preseason Buffalo/Cleveland game. Wait, yes I am.

Won’t have to be troubled by AJ McCarron. He broke his collarbone. Bills now have a choice between the legendary Nate Peter-Man and the very raw Josh Allen. Whee That is brutal; though Allen has looked decent in his limited snaps so far. He's raw. The skinny on Allen was that the best route to take with his was to give him a year to develop. Like Jared Goff. He's a high ceiling but raw talent type. Like Carson Wentz. Or Ryan Leaf. McCarron was there to give him a year or most of a year. Now it's Allen or Peterman. Nate Peterman is loathed by Bills fans. Start him, watch the team go 0-5 and the torches and pitchforks will come out. Or start Allen, see him struggle, kill his confidence and he can join EJ Manuel and JP Losman in the Big Bust HOF. I wish to hell they had kept Tyrod for one more year.
