No.
I usually have an alcoholic drink of some sort every day, if I remember to, but I haven't been drunk in more than a decade.
However, on one or two occasions, I've had a very satisfying sleep afterwards.

I get drunk once a month when nothing's on tap... pun ftw.
Just now I had white wine & 2 light beers chaser, watching Parts Unknown - Okinawa.
On the regular maybe 3-5 beer a week. It infringes on no part of my lifestyle.

Another thing ill add... my best guess is those who do have a problem likely won't admit they do.
but I guess as some say.... some people are 'functioning alcoholics' in that they might go-off on the weekends for years at a time etc and then don't really drink much to nothing during the week and have a job etc.
p.s. but like I already mentioned... I drink for taste, not to get wasted as that whole getting wasted thing seems pointless. in fact, ill simply stop drinking if I reach a certain point as I don't like the feeling as I don't mind a mild buzz and maybe a bit beyond that, but that's pretty much it. kls I can why as your 4'9", correct? assuming that's right chances are unless your quite a bit overweight you would not be able to handle much alcohol as I basically can't handle too much either (not that I ever try to get wasted as I take my time) and I am noticeably bigger. but like I was saying, I drink for taste not to get wasted as ill simply stop once I reach a certain point should those occasions come up here and there where you do tend to drink a bit more than usual. I don't really measure it too much but I would say in general it probably takes me at least 30min+ to drink a 12oz can of beer and could be somewhere around 45min-1hr at times. or I could say this... one of those 24oz cans takes me more than 1hr as I kind of like to somewhat sip it and savor the flavor etc. basically I get more out of each can/bottle that way
