Must you always be so quick to attack the Catholic church? I'm not a big fan of Catholicism, either, but you don't see me deluding myself into believing every word is a suitable segue...

I'm not a big fan of Catholicism, either, but you don't see me deluding myself into believing every word is a suitable segue... oh, i wouldn't say i'm quick. i'd say, i'm drawing from thousands of years of oppression and outright mind control being practiced by an organization claiming to have a direct link to a spirit entity father figure god. and my sense of humor, coupled with my keen eye for pointing out glaring inconsistencies of organizations like the rcc, has led me down a path of countless reasons to draw upon their ridiculous behavior(s) as a font of inspiration for my work.

Silly fool. You are a raging something alright. May I suggest a lonely, olde queen, pedophile, who has nothing, much less the power to call the President of any organization, not even the Girl Scouts.

Let him have his own board. Why not as he routinely occupies 75% to 50% of every page.

That was also due to conquering and claiming space that wasn't rightfully theirs. Human history is one of conquest. The Aztecs also conquered and subjugated neighboring tribes. The difference is that Spanish Catholics did not rip out the heart of their Aztec subjects and sacrifice them to some pagan god as the Aztecs did to those they conquered. The catholic Spanish only committed wholescale genocide in the name of their god. Wiped out 94% of the aztec people. A bit worse wouldn't you say🤔 The Catholic Church was plenty busy with human sacrifices to their god throughout Europe at that time as well.

Of course, the Catholic Church has been a source for evil. But lets take an example where it addressed greater evil. Aztec religion practiced human sacrifice. Did the Catholic Church not stop that? That was also due to conquering and claiming space that wasn't rightfully theirs. It was foretold to happen, TC, and that's one of my gripes with the Catholic Church. They're interpreting the Four Horsemen all wrong. Could it be deliberate? In artwork you often see them riding side by side but in the book they ride in succession. 1) First Horseman is the age of conquest and colonization. 2) Second Horseman is the age of imperialism and wars. 3) Third Horseman is the worldwide economy. 4) Fourth Horseman is the death of the contemporary world system. There. Now you can scoff and bleat more of your New Age "wisdom" if you like, assuming anyone wants to buy it.

As I said, human history is one of conquest. But no, the Catholic Church did not put pagans on altars and rip out their hearts. Sorry, your Aztecs were barbaric savages who were going nowhere without Christian ethics and later, Western technology and medicine, No, they didn't put pagans on altars and rip their hearts out... The Christians of medieval Europe were more in to torturing people who they thought had offended their make believe god. Then they burned them alive, drowned, or beheaded them. Then they took their brand of religious human sacrifice to the 'new' world, and inflicted it upon the indigenous peoples, whose land they stole by force, all in the name of their christian god. The indigenous peoples of the Americas weren't thankful for western 'medicine'. White Europeans caused genocide in the 'new' world simply with all the diseases they brought with them. Their technology and medicine was far in advance of the European invaders in many respects. The christian ethics they brought caused nothing but theft, rape, and death, on an industrial scale.

As opposed to ripping hearts out on an industrial scale? It wasn't on an industrial scale. It was pretty small scale, on certain days of the calendar. There is no actual evidence it was related to aztec religion either. Thought to more likely be an act cannibalism through food shortages, or as a political control mechanism.
