I often listen to commentary tracks. Tracks from Francis Coppola, David Fincher, Peter Jackson, and Bruce Campbell are always a good listen. Thinking my favorite is either for Evil Dead 2 or The Thing (1982).

I did when I first started getting DVDs but now I never have the time, and a lot of them are not great. Plus, I seem to have forgotten such things even exist.

I never cared for commentary. Extras used to be fun, but now all I care about is the movie itself. Most DVDs I find don't even have extras.

Absolutely.
Quite often, I'll make re-watching some extras along with a film each time. Criterion Collection is quite well organized with that - Wes Anderson films, The Thin Red Line, etc. Helps wrap everything up nicely.

Yes. I don't watch the stuff frequently, but I will if it piques my interest. Some of the stories and features are fascinating when done right.

I like to watch the making-of documentaries, and deleted scenes. I don't listen to commentaries very often.

Depends on the film but I will sometimes try the commentary. I like that it's an option.
And any making of documentaries are always interesting.
I don't like bare bones editions of films.

No. If they disappeared from all my DVD's it might take me an eternity to notice.

Not anymore, sadly. When dvd's were new I listened to almost every commentary, even if the film was crap I wanted to know the filmmaker's opinion about it. Now I barely have the time to even rewatch movies let alone watch all the extras.

For $20, there better be more than a trailer.

I usually buy Blu-Rays and DVDs for the bonus features like the making-of documentaries and deleted scenes. I usually listen to the audio commentary if I'm interested. Nowadays, bonus features feel scant and are barely ten minutes long, but the Criterion releases have good quality bonus features.
