Ah, look at that on '82. Pogba is robbed near the centre circle and Brighton break. But Pogba recovers and tries to get the ball back. He does. By going in on the man who robbed him and giving away the free-kick to Brighton. Poor and desperate play here from the visitors. Brighton have been huge in defending their lead.

WTF? Fred goes for a 50/50 ball and swings his right leg so that his boot is about level with his naval. He doesn't make contact with the ball. He narrowly misses Scott Murray and almost succeeds in taking out his own teammate Luke Shaw. Murray understandably has words with Fred. That was borne of pure frustration, United have simply been nowhere near good enough today.
*My mistake, that's Glenn Murray of course. Scott Murray is the fellow who does the Preamble now and again.

Chris Hughton does his best to conceal his utter delight as he exchanges a professional hug with Mourinho.
United were soundly seen off here.
Brighton move up to 11th. United stay in 10th.

Manchester Unity go lose 3 to 2 at Bright Town as dumbass deefense costs the Soccer Satans the game. Juan Mourinho, once the Bruce Arena of European soccer coaching, looked kinda lame at the end of this one - the Sea Birds pecking at his soccer players like they were the blank, expressionless eyes of some dead dog, hit by an 18-wheeler on the freeway having escaped its owners back yard through a gate left open by one of the kids on their way out to get the school bus in a morning.
