I usually don't care for all the downbeat endings, because those are the biggest clichés in Hollywood, but the end of the 1968 NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD has to get a chuckle.
Also, much of the humor in Family Vacation, especially the dog and the aunt. The humor of Holy Grail, Rocky Horror, Airplane, Blazing Saddles, and President's Analyst also come to mind.
