He is so unreliable. Tonight is a scheduled lifting night. he was ignoring my facebook messages so i called him and he says he has no motivation, but i BEGGED him to go. i don't have a membership, so i go as a guest with him btw. so he said 'fine, ill go'
but he has ditched me already 4 times in a month with this. so it's 50-50. ill be really pissed if he doesn't show. i have a steak dinner from last night all made up as a post workout meal!

It would be stupid to fall out with a mate over this, and he shouldn't have to go to the gym just because you haven't got your lazy ass a membership yet.
So clear the cobwebs from your wallet and get your own membership, and stop relying on other people!

yeah, i like cardio in the morning but lifting at night. cardio at night keeps me awake
