...I am fussy. When in restaurant, I want my eggs over "medium" - not hard, and not runny. I always state that to the order taker. I return the egg dish if it does not match my expectation.

My hermit crab like the yolk of a hard boiled egg once in an while and of course whenever I use eggs, I always give her the egg shells because hermit crabs need calcium.
Does anyone know what kind of crab this is? Very sweet looking.

I like most of the "common" ways of cooking eggs. I voted for sunny-side-up, and poached. That's because the runny yolk of an egg, on top of dark toast, is a treat, for me.
But, I like scrambled, and various omelets, as well. I try to have a couple of hard-boiled eggs at-the-ready, for a snack, or an egg salad sandwich.
"Deviled eggs," is one of my favorite finger foods ... and, they're kind of fun to make.

In general, I like my eggs to all turn into chickens.
