I think Redd Foxx was a comedy genius, and the relationship between Fred and Lamont was both funny and touching. I liked Rollo a lot, and Aunt Esther is comedy gold. Also, maybe the best, catchiest theme song ever, as far as I'm concerned. "Sanford and Son" gets my vote.
2nd place would probably be "Good Times", but only when John Amos was on the show. His presence gave the show some weight. (The season where Wilona took over was kind of ridiculous, how she bursts through the door in her tennis whites)
I've only watched "What's Happening?" a handful of times, but I thought it was pretty funny, with Dee and Shirley being my favorite characters. The Henry Mancini theme is a hoot!
And, last and least, is "The Jeffersons" which I never thought was the least bit funny, except for Florence sometimes and Mother Jefferson, but the actress was only on the show for one season (I believe) and then she passed away. George is an insufferable asshole, Louise is okay, and the rest of them were either boring or just plain unlikable.

Good Times, it was unique and funny, until they derailed themselves by letting cast members go.
