I would say the main thing that annoys me in a Horror movie is if the script and the characters are poorly written and there have been a few Horror movies I have watched with really unbearable characters that I couldn't wait to see get killed 'cause they were such a horrible person and I think that is a mistake in a movie especially when it is the lead 'cause as popular as the monster type of character is you should have a likable lead the audience can get behind. Hands that come out of nowhere and give characters swords and vampires clearly having reflections when they are not supposed to is also annoying.
