A lazy day today, we had chicken pot pies from Schwan's, their pot pies have big chunks of chicken in them - and the last of the peaches.

Whole roasted chicken, with herb, lemon and garlic ... with quartered potatoes all around. I want to have leftovers at-the-ready, for a couple of days. There's nothing massive to tend to ... just enough "little stuff," that I can be able take take up the slack.
