Went with Elaine, Jerry, and George. Yeah, Elaine is a C word, but so is Jerry and especially George. I love Kramer, but he was always my least favorite of the bunch. Weakest storylines, plus his slapsticky style humor didn't make me laugh as much. At least George had a reason for his poor decisions. Elaine was just a c word. Snatching George's toupee off, stabbing the guys in the back just because she wanted to, sticking her nose in everyone's business and then revealing their lies even though it usually had nothing to do with her or effected her in any way. Not just the guys. She destroyed the Soup Nazi's business because she was such a total bitch she didn't think the rules applied to her. Even worse after being a totally unwarranted bitch she would do that thing where she bucked her teeth out and smiled smugly in their faces. Unless she started it, I don't remember the guys shitting on her much if ever. Conversely she went out of her way to be a bitch to them. After she abandoned the guys for the bizarro Jerry gang (yet another betrayal) and screwed that up the guys should have told her to fuck off. The real reason to leaver her out tho is she wasn't very funny. Her best bits were when her bitch actions blew up in her face and she was humiliated. This thread has made me realize George was the funniest and strongest member. That's usually ALL of their funniest moments. And I don't have a list of every terrible thing Jerry and George did, but at least Elaine never tried to ensure someone's death so their art would be worth more. We can both agree George was the funniest, though.

The stupid/crazy characters are usually my least favourite in sitcoms - Kramer on Seinfeld, Phoebe on Friends - so I would get rid of Kramer.

Jerry, Kramer and George.
Jerry is the star. Kramer and George were funnier than Elaine. Gotta keep them.

Well, the two funny guys you have to keep.
I was with the consensus a bit, thinking the woman just didn't offer much comedy, but really the least funny was Jerry, who wasn't even a good straight man. He was too self righteous and hateful for his fake attitude.
Seinfield was always judging women on a crazy scale. One woman didn't cry when her grandmother died, but cried over dropping a roll later. Instead of figuring it was just bottled up emotions, or that the girl believed her grandmother would hate to see her drop the roll, Jerry immediately judged her on some insane "hate" scale he had.
Same for a woman who wouldn't eat something he ordered, but when Jerry was at her restaurant, and saw the cook leave the restroom without washing his hands, he wouldn't eat the same item, but instead of figuring she saw something unsanitary at the other restaurant, he went on some rampage about her being the crazy one.
Jerry was just too full of hate. Even more so than Elaine. He wasn't even funny as a straight man.

In a related matter, if this square □ could only have 3 sides, which would you choose?
