Apparently, smartphone protective cases do really well protecting smartphones. But they make the phones hard to operate. The power button and volume button specifically.
Without a protective case, those buttons are lite touch. But when the cases are on, you have to use a lot of power. Which can end up damaging the buttons.
Any thoughts?

I have an Otterbox protective case. It is difficult to operate the volume and power buttons.

I have the big clunker Otterbox and no problem using any of the buttons. Only downside is opening the lightning jack port or the mute toggle switch requires something at least semi-sharp.
