Personally I use a phone booth where available, otherwise a cell phone.

Neither, unless I have to, a landline phone. Phones annoy me.

Smartphone, though I do know of people that use basic cell phones and even landlines.
I rarely ever see a phone booth anymore.

Neither, unless I have to, a landline phone. Phones annoy me. I'm with you. I only have a cell for an emergency. People with phones attached to their ears & fingers annoy me.

Personally I use a phone booth where available, otherwise a cell phone. I'm amazed you can still find one. Most of ours have been long ago dismantled.

Stay off the grid. Use free wifi or "borrow" neighbors. Why you asking bout my phone? Who you working for?
It is annoying that so many people have their phones surgically attached these days. It's pathetic how numerous (most?) people are terrified to be alone with their thoughts these days. Does the millennial generation have original thoughts?

What's the difference between a cell phone and a smart phone?
What's the advantage of using a phone booth instead of a cell phone?
They still have phone booths?

Well, I have a landline, but pretty much the only thing I use it for is to avoid calls from scams, charities, and pollsters. I call family occasionally. No cellphone.

What's the difference between a cell phone and a smart phone? What's the advantage of using a phone booth instead of a cell phone? They still have phone booths? A cell phone costs not more than $50, it's battery lasts not less than a week, and it doesn't have viruses. Phone booth is the only phone that does not track you, and is the cheapest. Some areas still have phone booths.

I mostly use Skype as it's free, but to people that don't use it, I use my smartphone. I haven't even seen a phone booth since the 90`s.

I have an old Trac Phone, but don't use it much at all. I prefer my landline.

A smartphone. Come on, people. This is 2017. Even if you're anti-technology and disapprove of people being addicted to their devices, you can't deny the usefulness and function of a smartphone. It's like owning a car. It makes your life so much more convenient. My job requires me to have one on me at all times. We're not goddamn neanderthals.
