Is Wonder Woman (2017) as good as The Dark Knight (2008)?

Depends on what merits you're really comparing the two on. As a comic book movie, I'd say it's better. The Dark Knight, to me, is more of a thriller/gangster movie than an outright comic book movie. But as a film as a whole, from a technical aspect to the story and the script, The Dark Knight is miles better. Don't get me wrong, Wonder Woman is great, but one of its biggest shortcomings is the lack of stakes and danger to Diane throughout the film. Comparing them is still very much apple and oranges really, so it just depends on what you like from a film, a character-driven one like The Dark Knight or a spectacle one.

WW is more classically constructed with more character development and arcs, and depicting a hero's journey amidst the horrors of war. TDK is more...Nolan.

I liked WW better, found it a better movie experience than TDK. That said, objectively speaking, TDK is a more technically solid movie. The main difference is that WW revolves more around the hero (Wonder Woman) whereas TDK revolves more around the villain (Joker).

Nolan has achieved more in his career than your pathetic self ever could ever hope to achieve if you had 100 lifetimes to do so.

I'd say that WW is more fun than TDK. Don't get me wrong, I love the TDK and it is a classic movie, but it can be a bit dark. Like someone said above, it's not really a CB movie, it's a thriller/gangster movie. I love WW for what it is, a very well done CB movie.
