Isabelle Cornish, Jessica Henwick, Jessica Stroup, and Deborah Ann Woll all have major roles. most of all of them are not situated character wise for nudity Not true. Colleen Wing is Danny Rand's significant other so they should be having plenty of sex scenes.

You no like boobies? why you no like boobies? you like man butt? R rating = more man butt, we all win for nudity, unless you no like man butt? that's not cool man, nothing wrong with man butt, if you are into it that is. ![](https://s26.postimg.cc/f9n0z5lll/bigeek.gif)

I fundamentally disagree boobs are all that is missing from superhero films, I mean so many moan about the ending of GOTG imagine if the film ends not with Quill distracting Ronan with his terrible dancing but Gamora whipping out her green tata's would that not be an epic improvement of an already great film?
Also R rating would allow for Rocket to be more foul mouthed, I personally would not be opposed to seeing a talking racoon threaten to rip out a former WWE champions eye and skull fuck him into oblivion, the PG-13 rating robbed us of this exchange in GOTG vol 1.

It would be a little bloodier and have a little more nudity, my guess would be, we see some actual nudity in Iron Man 1 with Tony hooking up with the reporter, we see bare assed Banner when he wakes up from being Hulk in every movie, more objectifying of the chris's in the Cap, Thor & Avengers films, which is just sickening as they already treat these men as nothing but slabs of beef as is...Black Widow wold likely be naked at some point which would be a plus...yes I know im a hypocrite now fuck off ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) ...maybe a few more racy jokes, if it's R they may go the creepy route with Wanda & Pietro, they would have likely shown us the pollack gag in GOTG. Oh and they would have made a shit ton less at the box office is my guess. Darcy ftw

You know what an R rating does for a movie? It allows you to show more gore, more nudity and have more than one or two curse words. That's ALL. It does NOT make a better movie! This obsession with movies being R rated is actually and immature need to hear curse words and see more violence. If you want to see blood, tits and hear foul language go see horror movies or porn.
There are TONS of movies throughout cinema history that are PG or PG13 rated that explored mature subject matter and dealt with their characters and scenarios in very real, deep and accurate ways without being R rated. In fact MOST of our favorite movies are just regular 'ol PG13 rated movies. The most moneymaking movies of all time are by far PG or PG13. On the all time domestic list you have to dig through until you hit the top 40th before you hit one that's R rated - Passion of the Christ for crying out loud! (see what I did there?). Of the all time unadjusted only one is: The Exorcist. And for all time worldwide I couldn't even find one in the top 100!
So lets analyze this a bit further: What would happen if IronMan was rated R? Tony would throw out more f bombs. We might see a few more titties from the girls he bangs. But not even that, because nowadays he's with only one girl, Pepper, and she's played by Gwyneth Paltrow who is not doing nudity at this point in her career. And the missiles that come out of his armor would make bad guys explode in a shower of bloody gore. Would that make the movie better?
Even Logan didn't really need to be rated R. As much as I enjoyed it, I didn't think the movie was made SO much better because of the added curse words and claw gore. That stuff was was neither here nor there. What made that movie great was how they handled the subject matter. Two men on their last legs, one caring for the other like a son for a father, and suddenly life throws them a curve ball in the form of a little girl that they have to care for. How do they redeem themselves and face their inner demons? That could have been handled just as deeply and heartfelt in PG13, except they would have to do the violent parts like they did in the previous X-Men movies. That's all.
Deadpool calls for an R rating because his humor is SO raunchy. But aside from that I really don't want to see a slew of R rated CBM's just because. By far most of these movies work perfectly well as PG13.

As silly and unnecessary as it was, we technically saw an R-rated Superman with the extended cut of BvS. It was classified as R-rating. So what would an R-rated Iron Man or Captain America, or Hulk or a Thor be like?? What would their films be like, what kinda of stories?? I've already posted where I fall on the whole R rating issue elsewhere.
But for fun, lets take a few of the existing MCU movies and add aspects that would make them R rated:
Iron Man - more nudity from the girls that hang around Tony, more curse words in his humor, and more gore when he use his armor to kill terrorists and such.
Captain America - the horrors of World War two could be shown the way they showed it in Saving Private Ryan. But aside from that I don't think the character of Cap actually lends itself to R rating.
Thor - more gore when he use his hammer to kill bad guys.
Hulk - more gore when he smashes the bad guys.
Outside of Ironman I really don't see the use. Maybe you could use the R rating to show the villains being more villainous, more cruel to their victims, but... meh. The X-Men have a dark edge to them that maybe could use an R rating, maybe.
Wolverine and Punisher were always violent, Deadpool was always raunchy, and Venom has always had a horror quality to him. Batman could maybe stand to be a little more realistically violent, bonecrushing. But most superheroes kinda work just fine within PG13 parameters.

In a shocking SHOCKING twist I agree with my fellow fish man President Ackbar™ (it's true. All calamari think alike) I don't really think the R rating adds anything. I'm not a fan of gratuitous violence in movies. Especially when it's mistaken for "maturity" as so many modern movies do. I love both Logan and Watchmen, but I don't really think either would be hurt by a PG 13 rating. The violence and F bombs don't enhance the story. And seeing breasts in a movie is not that exciting unless you're in junior high.

You didn't really answer the OP's question. I did. You didn't. The OP is asking how different would they be portrayed as characters and what kinds of storylines would they be allowed to have.

Damn straight. I know my plans next week season 2!!! So tell us how the first season of Iron Fist was better than 99% of MCU movies like The Avengers again? For one thing it was mature that alone gives it points. Intresting characters too.
