Anyone else seen this really great and underrated "Doomsday/End of the World" movie? Really intelligent and thought provoking.

I watched it once, so many time ago, and I was impressed.
Now, I´ve just found it on youtube, and will rewatch it, I´m so glad!

Seen it a few times. First rate Australian movie from a consistently good director, Peter Weir - his follow up to an excellent picnic at hanging rock (1975). It's supernatural theme often finds the last wave (1977) in best Horror movie lists. 7/10.

Sure did, and I think it's one of Peter Weir's best films. Atmospheric, mysterious, and unsettling. And definitely thought-provoking as you mentioned.
