Always, unless the only spot left is next to a pig parker who is over the lines forcing everyone else to park over the lines.

Always. I have an issue with drivers not parking correctly. You shouldn't be on/over the line. It's considerably rude if the lot is full. Even worse is when they do it next to a handicap spot. It's not fair to the people who are actually disabled.

I have two different answers to this:
1) Yes, always
2) I often pull up right next to the door/building, i do this all the time, at work and at certain bars I go to, in fact I am kind of known for it

"Usually do" because sometimes there's no option but to park over lines.
