1986 is one of my favorite, if not favorite, year for films for the 80's decade. Very difficult to single out just a few. Many sit on an equal level plane for me, but for different reasons. I find many of the films from 86 fun and totally and utterly enjoyable, regardless of what they were about.

Mine would be "Manhunter" and "Something Wild" It is nice that you can single out these 2 in a year of wonderful gems. I could sit down right now and watch these 2 and get plenty of satisfaction and enjoyment because I love them both. The thing is with me for 86', if I was to single out a few, I would then feel bad about disregarding others, because I could enjoy them just as equally. Hmmmm! I will have to put some more thought into this. |
