Anyone else buy these at McDonalds during summer 1995? Also had the Two-Face and Riddler glasses, as well.
It is neat Bruce Wayne has a tunnel that leads him from Wayne Tower to the bat cave. What happens if he got stuck along the way? How was this thing built without anybody noticing? Did Bruce and Alfred make it or did Bruce kill the people who did to keep his identity secret.
Have you been kissed by a rose on the grey lately?
That fucking laundry scene. Master Dick indeed.
The opening lines of this movie. I hope that McDonald's tie-in was worth it.

Have you been kissed by a rose on the grey lately? Yes, I have those glasses. And I actually liked that song from the movie. The soundtrack for the film is probably one of the first ones I ever got on CD.

I like the movie enough, as a hybrid Batman '66 with '89. I never saw it as trying to replace Tim Burton as much as it was merely a toned down take. Just like some comic books aren't all going to be The Dark Knight Returns.
Would it make my top 500? No. Would I watch it again, sure.

Weird Al also did a decent parody of it. The U2 song was the other song I bought the CD for (though, thankfully, there was more than just two songs on the CD that I liked). I haven't heard the parody song yet, though. I'll have to check that out.

At least Batman&Robin wasn't boring.

Those cups look dope! Making me thirsty right now.. Also the opening lines are some of the movie’s precious gems of a funnily campy film not meant to be taken seriously. It isn’t good but it has its moments (you know, unlike the next movie).

I vaguely remeber those. As bad as "Batman and Robin" is, "Forever" might be worse, the former was cringey, but the latter was boring, which is probably the worst reaction to get from a film.

I don't remember those glasses at all. Look fairly decent.

I still have the Batman glass from Mcdonalds.
I would imagine that Wayne Enterprises built most of the tunnels. Think of how Elon Musk is drilling tunnels out in LA. Wayne's employees would just assume it's a prototype for a new mode of transportation he plans to announce, and if the eccentric billionaire is going to test out this new invention, it might as well lead straight from his office to his house.
I sadly have not been kissed by a rose on the grey recently.
I like the laundry scene. I like the movie.

Own the cup, could barely tolerate a rewatch a few years ago.
The Flaming Lips and Offspring tracks on the soundtrack are nice.
Drew Barrymore was extremely under-utilized.
The upskirt shot of Nicole Kidman caused me to wear out the tape from multiple rewinds in the '90s.

It's every bit as awful as Batman & Robin.

You know I do remember those glasses and I'm pretty sure I had at least one. Not sure what I did with it though, would love to use it as a beer mug on a game night.

That burger looks so good. I like the narration of the commercial. Smooth.

As...crappy as the movie is...Two Face was always my favorite Batman villain as a kid...i was like 10 when this film came out, and I could not wait to see a live action version of that character. For all its faults i still enjoyed that Two Face character.
Obviously looking back i really REALLY see the faults...but i still have a soft spot for the villains here, camp and all.

Drew Barrymore was extremely under-utilized. From what I heard Drew Barrymore was Joel Schumacher's original choice for Batgirl but he didn't know if he was going to be able to use Batgirl or not and ended up giving her the role of Sugar instead and casting Alicia Silverstone as a weird Barbara Wilson version of Batgirl later. I think Drew would have been better as Batgirl and Alicia was better suited for the role of Supergirl.

The only words you need to say about the film - Nicole Kidman.
