Ben's At Home (2014), a Canadian movie about a young man who decides to stay at home to avoid awkward social situations.  The Presence (2010), a ghost story with Mira Sorvino in a cabin in the woods.  The Presence (2014), a German mash-up of Paranormal Activity and The Blair Witch Project. Also known by its German title, Die Prasenz.  Echoes of a Summer (1976), Jodie Foster is a terminally ill young girl spending the summer in Nova Scotia with her parents, Richard Harris as her father.  Trash Fire (2016), is a wild and crazy horror/drama with the always wonderful Fionnula Flanagan as the grandmother from Hell.  Eloise (2016) is the name of a real haunted mental institution in Michigan, not overly scary but still interesting.
