Only a dull ache, but more noticeable in cold weather, or if I get up after sitting for hours.

I broke my kneecap when I was in high school, and even now, it still aches now and then.
Or you maybe just have been sitting wrong.

Are you wanting the theists to pray for it to get better?

I voted yes...
But only to make the poll chart look even...
Why are you asking a bunch of punters on a film based forum?
Go get reliable professional health advice from doctor Google, or that random bloke down the pub who knows everything medical.

I'm a doctor and therefore know what's best. The fact that my PhD was on plant molecular genetics in no way disqualifies me from giving medical advice.

Only a dull ache, but more noticeable in cold weather, or if I get up after sitting for hours. The fact that your message got moved from Religion, Faith and Spirituality is a stunning example how far people have come from counting on their faith or their prayers to deal with medical problems. People today have such a blind, childlike faith in science that they actually believe it can help quite many problems it cannot. In a very large percentage of cases the math does not support a case for the "science." Yet people put faith in it rather than religion. They don't even realize it is faith, not science. A person who has the power to throw messages around ought to know more about the truth. It is obvious however that many people in positions of leadership are not qualified. They have been making decisions based on what "most people think" instead of the facts that most people are obviously incapable of considering. My own, personal view is that prayers are generally not effective on health problems, but I also think, and the math supports, that there is often little or nothing science can do either. I however, unlike the artcurus, realize that this is just my opinion, well educated opinion, but still my opinion. I would allow people who believe prayers are more effective have their conversations about that. Even the best doctors will tell you that a good attitude can help people heal and faith can help foster a good attitude.

Just an observation... most of these posts are from last February until it got bumped on September 2. Since Sept. 2, progressive element has not responded to any of the posts.
I'm thinking he's seen a doctor and it's no longer a topic of discussion. Just FYI...
