I watched this for the first time this past May. Have heard a lot about it for years, have seen clips from it on social media, but never sat and watched it until I was on a flight from Los Angeles to NYC. Boy was I surprised that this one DID live up to the hype.
I enjoyed the film from beginning to end, loved the story, the plot, the acting etc. The friendship between the two was lovely and that final scene on the beach with just them two was beautiful. Such a wonderful film that should have won more Oscars.
