True. They still need to make some changes in the offseason. The days of them doing the bare minimum and being able to skate by are over. Waino sounds pumped up! By that I mean a phase were they suck for a certain amount of time basically, its like a pattern for them a decade on a decade off basically. |

Yes, but since 2000 even when they had a down year they were still considered the favorite in the division for the most part. Now that the Cubs have an ownership that wants to win and deep pockets to go along with it the Cards can't skate by like they have in years past. |
